A daughter of English immigrants, Tania's father was invited to complete his post doctorate at Iowa State University and then the family moved to Midland Michigan. Tania attended Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, where she studied Hospitality and Tourism Management. During her junior year in college, she joined Marriott Hotels to which she enjoyed a very successful 15-year career. No different than today in her career as a realtor the guest experience was her top priority.  

An added bonus was meeting her husband Jerry, who was a guest!  After relocating to Tampa and while raising their 2 amazing children Tania obtained her real estate license in 2011.
