In a single word, amazing! The best part of purchasing this home was having Tania as our Agent. She was always right on top of everything, proactive and professional. Being a first time home buyer, there were lots of questions and concerns. But thanks to Tania, she either had the answers or did all the digging necessary to find them for us, and the comfort and reassurance she provided melted any concerns right away. It was a long process to get our particular purchase completed, and there wasn't a moment that we felt forgotten, Tania was always right there whenever we needed her. We don't consider her "just" our agent, she's family!
Tania was great to work with, she was professional but yet very personable. She made you feel comfortable and very knowledgeable in her presentation. I bought my home several months ago and failed to write my review of Tania Borelli, Tampa Home Group (THG). In brief, she is incredible! This is a long review but I believe it helps demonstrate Tania's commitment to her clients. I planned to move to FL and assumed I had time to sell my home before finding one to buy. To my pleasure, I received an offer on my home and had to move quickly. I wrote Maria Hoffman of THG around 12:30 am Sunday morning and by about 5:00 am, she responded! She assured me that THG could assist me and by about 2:00 pm that day, I received a call from Tania on her team. It is important to share that houses in Tampa were not on the market long and Tania was able to schedule the first viewing on Monday! I did the home tour virtually and decided to put an offer on the home that day. By Tuesday, Tania had submitted the offer which was ultimately accepted! From start to finish, this process took 3 days! Tania is extremely personable and committed to outstanding service. No ask was too small or too much. For example, she took measurements in the home to ensure my furniture would fit. And, she recommended companies to consider for inspections, consider for insurance, and contractors to consider for improvements that I wanted to make. All of this was critical as I didn't have contacts in Tampa. Of special note is that Tania even checked on the progress of multiple contractors since I was still living out of State. I've moved into my new home and several months later, Tania still checks on me. If this isn't outstanding service and commitment to clients, I don't know what is. Thank you, Tania!
